What we collect

When you send the quote form we receive what you enter: name, company, email, phone, project type, PLC platform, location, timeline and your project description. The site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics.

How we use it

Only to reply to your request and, if it leads to a project, to prepare a quote and carry out the work. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, apart from the form service that delivers the message to our inbox.

How long we keep it

For as long as it takes to handle your request, and for the duration of any project that follows. Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted within twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted at any time. Email info@knhautomation.com and we will confirm within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
